Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Support key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding activities.
Partner with various stakeholders to support HR operational processes and deliver a positive employee experience.
HR Systems & People Analytics
Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics that help drive informed people decisions.
Support system enhancement initiatives, testing activities, and process automation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Serve as a trusted support partner by responding to employee inquiries and guiding employees on HR processes and policies.
Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Support internal communications and help deliver meaningful employee experiences across the organization.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to continuously improve people programs and processes.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Support compliance-related activities by ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery within People Operations.
Participate in special projects that support the ongoing evolution of HR practices and employee experience initiatives.
