Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Job Overview and Responsibilities Responsible for managing aircraft and fleet configuration setup while ensuring ongoing data integrity through continuous audits and alignment with FAA Part 121, GMM, and departmental procedures. Oversees the daily maintenance of configuration systems and supports operational readiness through accurate tracking of aircraft modifications and system updates. Leads 24/7 operational support across U.S. and India-based teams, coordinating efforts to resolve discrepancies and maintain system reliability. Also supports aircraft records functions to ensure configuration data aligns with maintenance compliance documentation. Advanced knowledge of interpreting various technical documents and manuals such as: IPC, AMM, CMM, OEM manuals and Service Bulletins Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to efficiently motivate team members and ensure deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Daily communication with team on project status in addition to the monitoring of trend/analysis of data points/KPIs to survey for continued education/training in accordance with departmental SOP/DOP for respective staff.
