Reporting to the Manager, ATS Learning, Simulation Modernization, the Manager, Learning Technology Services plays a key leadership role in shaping the future of operational training across NAV CANADA. This position leads the strategy, integration, and continuous evolution of learning technologies, simulation systems, and innovative training solutions that support competency-based learning and operational excellence, while ensuring the continued reliability, availability, and effectiveness of our current technology.
Working collaboratively with operational, technology, and training stakeholders, the Manager ensures learning programs remain aligned with emerging technologies, organizational priorities, and evolving operational requirements. The role leads a team of specialists, drives strategic projects and change initiatives, and champions the use of technology-enabled learning to enhance performance, certification, and training outcomes.
