FedEx in Duiven is looking for an Operator / Logistics Employee who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment. You ensure that our sorting machine and the logistics process always run smoothly.
Your role
Resolving malfunctions on the sorting machine (jammed or overweight packages).
Communicating with the Control Room and maintenance team in case of disruptions.
Working in the warehouse: loading/unloading, scanning, and sorting packages.
Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvements.
Actively participating in the daily stand-up meeting.
We offer
Starting salary €2514 – €2830 gross per month, plus shift allowances.
One-year contract, followed by a permanent contract for good performance.
A challenging role with responsibility and opportunities for development.
Working in a close-knit team within a global logistics market leader.
Who you are
Experience in logistics, preferably with sorting machines.
Quality-driven and strong communication skills (Dutch & English).
At least 18 years old and available for long-term employment.
Living in the Duiven region and in possession of your own transport.
