Support the development of the strategic vision for the future of Procurement reporting and data strategy.
Develop and implement data analysis strategies, dashboards, and reports to optimize procurement activities and supplier performance.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to forecast market trends and inform strategic decisions.
Derive data-driven actionable insights on procurement metrics and performance to support recommendations for the department and officer level.
