We are now looking for an experienced Operations Leader to optimize performance at our Collins Aerospace, Aftermarket site in Shannon.
This is a key site leadership position reporting to the General Manager / Accountable Manager with responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the repair station. Collaborating with a team of Production Supervisors, you will create the environment in which our people can perform at their best while delivering against our commitments in terms of Product Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Employee Engagement.

Lead and Develop Team Members
You will provide visible, hands-on leadership across the repair operation, creating a culture built around accountability, collaboration, respect and continuous improvement.
You will:
Take responsibility for repair personnel and collaborate with other functions to support the site’s performance & business targets.
Deputize when required, for the Workshop Manager
Build a high-performance and highly engaged culture where people feel empowered to contribute, challenge and improve.
Set clear expectations and drive accountability for operational performance in your area of responsibility.
