StandardAero is seeking a motivated, eager, and innovative student looking to join our Environmental Health & Safety Team for the 2026-2027 term.
As a Safety intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.
Over the course of your 10-12-week (or longer) internship, you will have the opportunity to:
Work directly with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professionals to learn how safety culture is built, maintained, and continuously improved across our projects.
Gain experience in job site inspections, safety audits, environmental compliance checks, and employee safety training support, all while participating in professional development and networking activities.

What you’ll do
Assist EHS staff in conducting safety inspections and job hazard analyses at active electrical construction sites
Help ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety policies
Collect, track, and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Participate in the review and preparation of Job Safety Plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Inspection Reports
Assist in the development and delivery of employee safety training and toolbox talks
Review and maintain environmental compliance records, such as hazardous material handling and waste disposal documentation
