Training Delivery
Deliver instructor-led training sessions for Amadeus Hospitality solutions – specifically Delphi and its peripherals
Facilitate training to include:
Instructor led training for newly onboarding properties (remote or onsite)
Solution adoption sessions to support customers post-go-live
Masterclass or ad hoc sessions tailored to customer needs
Deliver AHIT sessions (Product Overview, Demo, Full Product Training) to internal colleagues
Report and assist with the resolution of Support and/or Services cases where issues arise.
Pre/post training communication with customers
Be an advocate for Amadeus and its solutions
Maintains a well-managed classroom environment in a calm and supportive way, keeping sessions productive without being overbearing
Provide creative solutions to challenges that arise while on site
Provide a friendly training environment by being approachable to trainees
Internal Collaboration
Review deliverables in advance of Training to ensure a seamless handover of information.
Stay in regular communication with the Project Manager where issues arise that impact the delivery of training services.
Update project outputs to be used by the wider delivery team
