During your internship, you will contribute to
Analyze budget envelopes of the Program Management teams
Plan follow-up meetings and present your analysis
Plan and structure governance activities
Develop analysis tools for large volume of data
Contribute to budget process improvement or other processes
Prepare project portfolio presentations for the management team
Identify and manage risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes
During your internship, you will learn
Process and roles and responsibilities of a Program Management team
Software and applications such as OneStream, Power BI and Power Apps
Develop management, analysis and communication skills
Participate in continuous improvement sessions
Establish a professional development plan
What we are looking for
You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management or portfolio management
You are enrolled in business administration, finance or engineering school path
You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset)
You have experience in database management or data processing
You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks
You speak and write in French and English.
