Position Description
Reporting to FM and supervise the team to prepare the month end closing and financial reports for the Company timely. Acting as the finance business partner for business units to support them to perform financial analysis and strategic decisions, and to prepare budgeting and forecasting.
What You'll Do
Financial business partnering
Partner with the business units to develop financial awareness and business strategies
Provide business performance analysis and strategic financial insight to support management decision making and ensure their understanding of the drivers of performance
Execute business improvement initiatives with business units to streamline and enhance daily operation effectiveness and efficiency for improving profitability
Financial analysis
Prepare monthly, interim, annual financial results and management reports of the Company complying with accounting standards and regulations
Deliver insightful variance analysis on the Company’s financial performance and provide strategic insights to management
Provide technical accounting advice in RFP, contract renewals and new projects to achieve the business goals
Liaise with internal and external auditors and engage in annual and interim audits
Financial planning
Prepare the annual budgeting, 10-year plan and forecasting on a regular basis
Lead the team to partner with business units and cost owners to review forecast and budget numbers and assist with any other ad hoc budget analysis
