How you'll make an impact
Analyse and map end-to-end supply chain processes to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen operational performance
Partner with business and technical teams to design and implement future state processes that enhance customer outcomes, data quality, and scalable ways of working
Gather and document business requirements, process maps, workflows, and user stories to support process and system improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and human-centred design principles to deliver measurable business outcomes
Support major supply chain transformation programmes, including process redesign, system implementations, testing, training, and deployment activities
Facilitate workshops, build strong stakeholder relationships, and strengthen process ownership and change capability across the supply chain
Develop standard operating procedures, governance practices, and reusable process assets that enable sustainable performance and continuous improvement.
