These teams provide the financial fuel that keeps our operation running from providing detailed analyses of financial planning, performance, and forecasts to managing our investments and financial strategies. Our Finance team plays an integral role in making our airline profitable and successful by meeting our financial goals.
The Specialist - Responsible Sourcing supports the development and management of programs that advance the organization’s Responsible Sourcing objectives. This role works with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external organizations to support program execution and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The Specialist gathers and interprets data, monitors program metrics, and provides insights that help evaluate progress toward established goals. The role also supports events, partnerships, and administrative activities that enable the effective operation of Business Diversity programs.
Core Accountabilities
Assist with the day-to-day coordination of relationships with partner organizations.
Coordinate external partner activities, including national conferences,, meetings, and other program events.
Engage internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to support program participation and established objectives.
Support team operations through meeting coordination, calendar management, budget administration, documentation, and related administrative activities.
Please note: This is a Chicago-based, hybrid role with an in-office requirement of 2-3 days per week. This role requires occasional travel (approximately 20%)
