About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Collins Program team and lead the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects that support one of Australia's most critical defence capabilities.
Reporting to the Program Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working across Engineering, Project Controls, Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain and SHEQ functions, you'll play a key role in delivering capability outcomes within a nationally significant program.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects across the Collins Program.
Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, risk, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish and maintain effective project governance structures and reporting frameworks.
Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across the business and with external partners.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while driving timely resolution.
Monitor project performance, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage digital tools to enhance project delivery.

You are a collaborative and results-driven project professional with experience delivering complex projects within defence, engineering, manufacturing, sustainment, or other highly regulated environments. You are a natural leader who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and has a proven ability to deliver successful project outcomes.
