Located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, HAECO Landing Gear Services offers a full range of inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, exchange and leasing services. Our authorized capabilities include the repair and overhaul of landing gear for the Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A320, the Embraer E190/E195 and the Comac C909.
Position Description
Responsible for compliance checks of landing gear maintenance work cards, inspection records, and release documentation, document scanning, proofreading, data entry, archiving, storage, ledger management, and traceability. Ensures all maintenance records comply with CAAC-145, EASA-145, FAA-145, and other relevant regulatory requirements, meeting audit standards from authorities, customers, and internal quality inspections.
What You'll Do
Verify the completeness, standardization, validity, and compliance of signatures in maintenance records.
Responsible for digital processing of completed-maintenance documentation, including scanning, page segmentation, content classification, as well as logical splitting and merging of documents.
Standardize the handling of issues such as skewed, blurry, missed or repeated scanning, and stains in the scanned documents, ensuring that the electronic archives are clear, readable, and capable of being retained for a long time.
Conduct a double-check of the consistency between the electronic files and the paper originals, ensuring that the page numbers are complete, the contents are consistent, and there are no missing or incorrect pages.
Strictly categorize and name according to the landing gear type, project ID, customer, etc., and follow the company's standardized naming rules and folder management.
