As the Manager, Systems Integration, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, integration, certification, deployment and life cycle support of Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems used across Canada and internationally. This is a mission-critical role where system interoperability, operational readiness, safety and reliability are paramount. You will be responsible for the professional growth of your team, the successful delivery of complex integration initiatives and ensuring that internally developed and third-party systems meet stringent aviation safety, engineering and quality standards. In this role you will
People Leadership: Manage, mentor and coach a multidisciplinary team of Systems Engineers and Verification Specialists. Conduct performance reviews, facilitate career development and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding and retention.
Systems Integration Leadership: Lead the end-to-end integration of complex ATM systems, providing technical oversight across requirements analysis, system design, interface management, integration planning, verification, certification, deployment and operational transition.
