Job Description
We're seeking recent college graduates and early-career professionals for our Associate Revenue Management Analyst hiring cohort with start dates in February or July 2027. Selected candidates will join either the Pricing or Yield Management Team, two closely connected organizations that use data, analytics, and business strategy to influence commercial decisions across Southwest's network. This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to launch their careers in a fast-paced, analytical environment while learning from experienced Revenue Management professionals.
As an Associate Revenue Management & Pricing Analyst, you'll analyze customer demand, market performance, and competitive activity to help maximize passenger revenue. You'll use data and analytical tools to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and implement pricing and inventory strategies that influence business results. Working closely with Teams across Revenue Management, you'll gain ownership of assigned markets, contribute to key commercial decisions, and develop expertise in pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
