The successful candidate will be a talented Systems Engineer with experience of conceptual and detailed design, Integration and verification, coupled with a proven capability of delivering mission systems.
The candidate will have demonstrable experience interfacing with internal and external customers, understanding system requirements, working with other design engineers to specify and accept sub system designs as well as creating verification and validation programs in the defence domain.
The role holder reports to the Systems Engineering Discipline Manager.
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a strong background in conceptual and detailed design, integration, and verification of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex mission systems within the defence sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, integration, and verification activities for mission systems, ensuring they meet all performance and reliability requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to gather and understand system requirements.
Work alongside design engineers to specify, review, and approve subsystem designs.
