About This Role The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist is responsible supporting recruitment process for various roles within the organization, including specialized positions. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying, attracting, and hiring high-caliber candidates. The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and provide a world-class candidate experience. What you will be doing Recruitment: Support and liaise with hiring managers for the recruitment process, including candidates screening (phone screening, resume screening, etc.), proving shortlist to hiring managers, interview scheduling, and other aspects of the recruitment process, as well as monitoring, and ensuring continuous improvement of process. Sourcing: Provide active sourcing, identify and engage passive candidates through various channels. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and external partners to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best fit for the role and an effective recruitment process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates to support, and delivering a seamless recruitment process.
