Job Description
Job SummaryReady to help keep Southwest’s aircraft flying through effective repair and supply chain coordination? As an Associate Repair Analyst, you will support Tech Ops Supply Chain programs by coordinating aircraft component repairs, managing part movements between Southwest and repair vendors, and helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. You will monitor repairs throughout the repair lifecycle, research and resolve invoice discrepancies, and partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support operational priorities. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in aviation supply chain and repair operations while contributing to warranty and contract compliance activities, supplier performance tracking, and repair status reporting. Your work will directly support fleet reliability, improve part availability, and help control repair costs across Southwest’s operation.
