Job Summary

The Supervisor Aircraft Appearance supports our Purpose by providing overall supervision, performance management, training, and support of assigned Aircraft Appearance personnel and operations. This role provides positive Leadership and ensures Aircraft Appearance delivers legendary Customer Service to both internal and external Customers. The Supervisor Aircraft Appearance is a skilled communicator and strong people leader who looks forward to making a meaningful impact in Technical Operations.
Additional details:
This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
