Purpose of Position
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is looking to hire a Flight Support (Dispatch) Summer Intern to work at our Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This paid 10-week internship will start June 7, 2027 and run through August 13, 2027. EJM offers a flexible schedule conducive to a students' schedule with encouraged participation in company events throughout the Summer. 35-40 hours per week will be expected of each intern. A complete application and resume must be submitted to be considered. Preference will be given to local students in the Cincinnati area. This position was created for sophomore-senior status undergraduate students studying aviation and pursuing their dispatch certificate.
EJM does not offer a relocation stipend for internship positions. Relocation for this internship would be the responsibility of the student.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and complete department assigned project(s) in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate directly with a department mentor; set goals and monitor progress.
Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology & tools.
Flight following
Ordering and confirming crew food
Crew communication
Passport letters
Morning meeting assitance
Shadowing Flight Support Specialists
