Job Summary The Employee Communications & Engagement Partner will support the People function by delivering clear, engaging and consistent communications across the business. Reporting to Head of Industrial Relations & HR, you will work closely with people team and operational leaders, the role will develop employee communications, engagement initiatives and communication plans while supporting workforce, union and organisational communications. Our Ideal candidate You will be a proactive and adaptable communications professional who enjoys connecting employees with the organisation and can confidently manage multiple communication priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your Activities Develop and deliver internal employee communication and engagement plans. Draft employee announcements, leadership communications, FAQs, presentations, briefing materials and key messages. Partner with Head of HR Industrial Relations and HR to support employee and union communications, consultation materials and workforce messaging. Support communications relating to organisational change, People initiatives and workplace updates. Develop engaging employee content including videos, employee stories and internal campaigns. Support employer branding and People-related social media content. Provide communications advice and support to leaders and key stakeholders.
