Position Description
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the incumbent will act as the procurement business partner for Information Technology and transformation related functions across HAECO Hong Kong and affiliated companies.
The role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, IT vendor management, contract negotiations and procurement governance for software, hardware, cloud services and professional services projects. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, risk management and value creation while supporting business growth and innovation.
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for IT, digital transformation and technology-related procurement categories.
Develop category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations.
Manage tender, RFP, RFQ and contract negotiation exercises for strategic procurements.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while balancing operational, technical and business requirements.
Contract & Commercial Management
Lead commercial negotiations and contract development for software, SaaS, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity and professional service engagements.
Review commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal, Risk and business stakeholders.
Monitor contract performance, renewal schedules and vendor obligations.
