About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our TUI Musement Singapore team and help us deliver exceptional financial operations across our Tours & Activities business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team on a maternity cover contract for 9 months. The role will be advertised until 30th of September.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll process incoming invoices and prepare payments in line with our company policies and internal control procedures.
We need you to perform bookkeeping functions for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Accurate clearing and reconciliation of cost accruals within our reservation system will be part of your day-to-day through proper cost matching.
Handling queries and correspondence from employees, intercompany stakeholders, and vendors in a timely and professional manner is key.
You'll process employee expense claims, including travel and miscellaneous business expenses.
Issuing ad hoc invoices to clients and intercompany entities based on approved billing instructions will keep you engaged.
ABOUT YOU
You bring proven experience in the full spectrum of accounting and finance.
Experience in external audits
Proven track record in GST
A Diploma in Accounting or Finance
Your stakeholder management and communication skills help you build strong relationships.
Being meticulous with an aptitude for numbers comes naturally to you.
You're resourceful and comfortable working independently.
