What You Will Do
The CE Aftermarket Operations team is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead Gate 3 & 4 GTF MRO line at the West Palm Beach Engine Center. The selected individual will lead a team of cell leaders and managers who oversee a bargaining unit workforce that is ultimately responsible for the final assembly, test, and completion of all GTF engines overhauled in WPB. In addition, the Gate 3/4 Operations manager will be directly responsible for meeting all: EH&S, Customer, Quality, and financial goals within the WPB GTF MRO facility.
