Role Introduction
Reports to: Head of IT Solution - Enterprise, Regions & Subsidiaries
As the Project Manager - Subsidiaries, you will lead the planning, execution and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards across our subsidiaries. You will help shape project management best practices while enabling business and technology teams to achieve strategic goals.
You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale technology initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and gain exposure to enterprise project delivery, IT operations and business transformation. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget and scope
Develop project plans, resource requirements and delivery approaches to achieve project objectives effectively
Partner with business and technology stakeholders across teams and departments to drive innovation and strategic outcomes
Manage and motivate project teams, providing leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project budgets, costs, risks and dependencies, ensuring effective governance and reporting
Deliver technology initiatives that support operational sustainability and continuous service improvement
Apply project management best practices and contribute to the enhancement of project delivery standards across IT
Communicate project progress, risks and issues clearly, and support management in developing mitigation plans
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and knowledge sharing within project teams
Coach and mentor team members and vendors, promoting accountability and high performance in project delivery
Requirements
Degree holder in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management role
