Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
Analyze customer needs and develop feasible, scalable, cost-efficient operational solutions
Coordinate with sales, account management, network, and operations to validate capabilities and resources
Manage tender activities, operational concepts, and pre-margin cost inputs for pricing
Support tenders by aligning solutions with customer needs and internal standards
Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, and operational handovers
Develop and optimize SOPs for lane business and repeatable customer solutions
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Oversee assigned business to ensure operational stability and customer alignment
* All other tasks as assigned by Disciplinary and Functional Leaders
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
High school diploma/ A levels/ Abitur or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
Min. 2 years of experience in the field of logistics and/or freight forwarding
Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
Supply Chain Management knowledge
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
Must possess a valid driver’s license
