Tasks
Lead strategic operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, driving sustainable business performance through operational excellence, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, process optimisation, capability building and performance management.
Lead/support strategic network-wide transformation and operational excellence projects.
Lead interdisciplinary teams and implement projects domestically and internationally.
Identify optimisation opportunities, develop best practices, and improve project methods/tools.
Advise and coach project managers across business units.
Engage stakeholders to align initiatives with business priorities and sustain improvements.
Develop and deliver Operational Excellence training and facilitator programmes.
Define process/performance metrics and embed effective reporting and measurement.
Support quality, safety, EHS and regulatory compliance across operations.
Lead special projects, support development initiatives, travel for workshops/training, and perform other assigned duties.
MQF Level 6 degree in Industrial/Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent.
3+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Lean and project management.
Excellent English and strong experience leading projects and change programmes.
Strong knowledge of DMAIC, process analysis, optimisation and Lean methods.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Proven ability to advise senior leaders and communicate complex issues.
Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills; proactive and resilient.
Customer-focused, persuasive and confident, with strong service orientation.
Willing to meet deadlines, undertake training and travel/work abroad up to 40%.
