Tasks
Lead Lufthansa Cargo's commercial success across one of our most important U.S. markets. This is an opportunity to drive business growth, shape commercial strategy, and lead a high-performing sales team within a global aviation and logistics company:
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across the Midwest region
Win new business and build strategic customer partnerships
Lead commercial negotiations
Own regional sales performance through KPIs and forecasting
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions
Drive continuous improvement through innovative sales practices, digital solutions, and other initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation, or related field preferred
Several years of sales experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, or a complex B2B environment
Strong understanding of the air cargo, airline, or logistics industry
Leadership experience, or demonstrated potential to lead and develop others
Proven track record of delivering commercial results and growing customer relationships
Experience in strategic sales planning, customer portfolio management, and commercial negotiations
Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and customer focus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel and authorization to work in the U.S.
