About the role
Signature Aviation is investing in strong core HR and compensation capabilities, and this role is a key part of that team. As the Analyst, HR Technology – Oracle, you'll take ownership of day-to-day core HR and compensation configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, working closely alongside our Oracle HCM lead.
You'll partner with Compensation, Talent, IT and other stakeholders on configuration enhancements, testing, ticket resolution, and data validation. It's an opportunity to build deep platform expertise while helping ensure accurate data, reliable processes, and scalable HR operations as the business grows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Core HR and Compensation modules, identifying upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes.
Support the Oracle Lead with implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, data validation, and documentation.
Partner with Compensation, Talent, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness to ensure smooth, reliable system changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting.
Prepare for and support Oracle release activities, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and maintain clear process documentation, including configuration notes, administrative procedures, and status updates on open requests, enhancements, and deliverables.
Create training materials that support user adoption and understanding of system changes.
Analyze business processes to recommend improvements and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Contribute to broader Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
