The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:
RTX Raytheon Real Estate Services has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Infrastructure Systems (Sr. Supervisor, Facilities) at the Chesapeake Bay VA site.
What You Will Do
The position focus will be to maintain, troubleshoot and repair all infrastructure systems including HVAC, Chilled Water Distribution, pumps, motors, and frontend Building automation controls.
In this role you need to perform as a first night shift compressed facilities mechanic supporting plant operations.
The positions will rotate between the day and night shifts, with the night shift running from 1430-2230.
Provide coverage and support for the facility days/nights/weekends if business, schedule, or emergency situations arise.
What You Will Learn
How to manage facilities operations in a 40,000 square foot manufacturing building; gain technical experience working alongside senior mechanics and contractors and learn to troubleshoot large infrastructure equipment and controls.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED or AA/AS degree (or another 2 year post HS training) and 4 or more years of relevant experience
4+ years’ experience in (three or more) of the following areas:
