What are your contributions to the team?
Determines requirements for and implements new manufacturing equipment
Develops long range strategies for manufacturing processes and facility layout
Monitors project workflow and adjusts personnel tasks to support project activities
Analyzes feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
Drafts the necessary working and repair documents
Analyzes equipment and workstation production capacity
Analyzes requirements and initiates productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR
Assists in revision of shop floor layout and new manufacturing equipment requirements
Assists with validating and approving the compliance of engineering drawings/documents, tool design concept, etc.
Prepares manufacturing manpower estimates
Creates overall Numerical Control Manufacturing Plans
Develops and maintains Methods procedures
How to thrive in this role?
Typically a minimum of 5 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
Working knowledge of Project Management principles
