About the role
Responsible for conducting thorough analysis of complex sales data and systems, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support sales strategies. Additionally, tasked with reviewing and optimizing sales business plans, structures, compensation, and CRM utilization to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data, systems, and ideas relevant to sales strategies and performance.
• Provide comprehensive support to sales teams by assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Review and analyze sales business plans, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and manage sales compensation plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Utilize CRM systems to gather, analyze, and report on sales data for decision-making.
• Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis findings and recommendations effectively.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications or related fields
Minimum Experience
• For Associate level, no prior experience is required
• For Standard level, at least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• For Senior level, four (4) years of work experience in sales, marketing or related areas
