About the role
Operation Specialist - Senior is responsible for driving operational performance through data analytics, Service Assurance; Quality Management, business reporting, process improvement, and project management. This role partners with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational data and generate business insights using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
Prepare and present performance reviews and recommendations to senior leadership.
Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
Collaborate with multiple departments to drive business objectives and operational excellence.
Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or Continuous Improvement.
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).
Strong SQL and Power BI expertise.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
QDM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
