MTU provides maintenance from targeted hospital visits to complete overhauls on over 30+ commercial aero engine and industrial gas turbine lines and has completed more than 18,000 shop visits for over 1,400 customers worldwide. Within this Global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services. Your tasksPerform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, security systems, and access control systems, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry regulations.Execute scheduled inspections and lubrication to guarantee proper functioning and safety of all equipment and systems, including machinery and plant security infrastructure.Maintain the aviation engine repair shop in a clean, organized, and well-maintained condition. Responsibilities include tasks such as painting, equipment calibration, and IT infrastructure support to foster a safe and efficient working environment for technicians.Oversee and manage access control systems to ensure appropriate entry to secure areas, including monitoring access logs and responding to unauthorized access incidents.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure plant security measures are effective and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with security personnel to implement necessary changes.Adhere to stringent safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.
