Recognized as experts in operational, administrative and data driven aspects to generate process driven efficiencies.
The Assistant Manager will lead the local finance oversight for IAH Airport Operations teams at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. This includes leading workstreams related to station financials and works cross functionally with local Airport Ops and CSC teams.
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree and or 4 years of equivalent work experience
2 years’ relevant experience in scheduling, payroll and performance management systems
Operational experience, with demonstrated understanding of day-to-day operational processes and requirements
Experience leading a team
Knowledge of operational policies and procedures including collective bargaining agreements, vendor management, finance, and resource planning.
Experience generating and analyzing reports, identifying trends, and using data to support operational decisions
Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
