The role
This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit team of 4 civil maintenance professionals whose responsibility is to ensure equipment and facilities on the airfield pavements operate. The ideal candidate must be physically fit, have a valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn other new skills such as road sweeping in order to conduct their duties effectively.
Duties include: -
Ensure the delivery of high-quality pavement repairs, line marking, grounds maintenance and associated civil works, providing a reliable and professional service to passengers, tenants and other airport stakeholders.
Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance activities, including inspections of airside and landside civil infrastructure and assets.
Undertake routine airport maintenance activities, including runway and airfield line marking, pavement repairs, road network maintenance, aircraft stand maintenance, and the inspection and monitoring of airport systems and water management equipment.
