Reporting to the Operations Controller, our Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the operational flying programme and coordinating support from all teams ensuring that we are operating safely and in accordance with all Company and Statutory requirements. This role plays a vital role in the achievement of Jet2.com 's On Time Performance targets.
This role will work across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off - 12 hour) and is a Fixed-term contract for 12 months.

What you’ll be doing:
Provide support to all flying operations with particular attention to weather, aircraft serviceability, crewing status and other potential issues that may have an adverse impact.
Be able to think outside of the box but also follow company procedures and policies to ensure the safety of colleagues, customers, and company assets.
