Join us on this exciting journey as a Senior Java Software Development Engineer.
As part of an agile team, you will:
Build the technology that powers holiday travel in the world’s leading travel markets. Develop code used by the world’s leading tour operators and travel agencies.
Ensure rock-solid performance and reliability in a complex technical environment.
Drive the evolution of travel by building the next generation of leisure travel solutions.
Summary of the role
Leverage a modern technology stack including Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and cloud-based services within an agile Scrum team.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, conduct feasibility studies, and recommend robust implementation approaches.
Develop high-quality, maintainable code, design and optimize databases, and ensure alignment with Amadeus engineering standards.
Perform unit, integration, and performance testing, support production issue resolution, and drive continuous quality improvements.
Contribute to technical leadership through solution design, knowledge sharing, documentation, and collaboration with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
Who we are looking for
- solid experience in Java development
Nice to have
Experience with GraphQL.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on experience working in Scrum teams.
Familiarity with modern AI-enabled engineering workflows and software delivery practices.
