Position Summary
The Fuel Farm Lead is a hands-on senior team member who supports the Fuel Farm Supervisor in maintaining the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of Jet Aviation Teterboro’s aviation-fuel storage and distribution systems.
The Lead coordinates shift priorities, verifies inspections and fuel-quality activities, reviews records, supports technician development, and escalates safety, environmental, equipment, inventory, personnel, and fuel-quality concerns. We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.
The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, emergency callouts, and schedule changes based on operational, safety, staffing, weather, or business needs.
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $29.00-$31.00 hourly, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma/GED required; technical, mechanical, aviation-fueling, or related training preferred.
