Job Description
Job SummaryReady to provide critical engineering expertise that helps keep Southwest’s fleet moving? As an Engineer, you will support Technical Operations by providing specialized engineering guidance for aircraft, engine, and component repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting. Supporting AOG Service Engineering, you will help resolve time-sensitive technical challenges and provide engineering support to Maintenance Teams across the Southwest network. In this role, you will evaluate complex issues, develop solutions, and collaborate with operational partners to safely and efficiently return aircraft to service. Your work will directly support fleet reliability, operational continuity, and the safe operation of Southwest’s aircraft.
