Job Description
Responsible for monitoring facility-wide access control, alarm, and fire alarm systems to ensure site security and safety. Receives, documents, and relays information via radio, telephone, and computer networks. Monitors weather conditions for Hangar Dock and Line flightline operations. Supports IP camera and badge access investigations, prepares detailed incident and alarm response reports, and helps ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitors 911/Crash phones and dispatches appropriate personnel to emergencies across the facility. Follows established work practices and control procedures for Security Control/Dispatch Center operations.

Essential Functions
Monitor all onsite cameras and alarm systems.
Responsible for overseeing and managing access control systems.
Dispatching personnel to routine calls and emergency responses.
Assisting Security administrators in various areas.
Successfully complete in-house training and certification program.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. This may increase or decrease depending on day-to-day business needs.
