Execute local and international purchasing activities according to business requirements and company policies.
Manage supplier communications, request quotations, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Support and execute import and export activities, including customs documentation, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems.
Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and support physical inventory activities.
Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
Work closely with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, import/export, and logistics records within ERP and business systems.
Analyze inventory, purchasing, and logistics data to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts within the Supply Chain function.
Assist in maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and applicable trade regulations.
Provide operational support to internal customers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in one of the following disciplines, or related fields:
