Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Compliance, the Supply Chain Compliance Specialist position will be part of a dedicated team supporting compliance and procurement processes. This role is responsible for analyzing prime defense contracts, draft detailed compliance briefings, and ensure rigorous implementation of FAR, DFARS, and specialized military clauses through our supplier network. This role is critical to maintaining our status as a trusted Department of Defense (DoD) partner and maintaining Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) Compliance.

FAR/DFARS & Special Clause Flow-Downs
Isolate DoD Regulations: Analyze Department of Defense prime contracts to identify mandatory and optional FAR and DFARS clauses and special agency clauses.
Execute Flow-Downs: Draft and integrate exact regulatory flow-down provisions into subcontracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
