Training Planner
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the role
Planning all training duties for crew members in cooperation with stakeholders, ensuring training efficiency, and driving system and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Plan all training duties for internal and external trainers as part of the monthly roster planning
Reserve the necessary trainer and device resources
Cooperate with external partners to ensure balanced coverage of external trainers and training devices
Plan all training duties for flight deck crew members as described in Operations Manuals as part of the monthly roster planning
Ensure high efficiency of built training plans
Track and monitor training completion
Create all necessary reports
Participate in process and system improvement initiatives
Collaborate continuously with Training Department representatives and Crew Training Planning regarding training requirements
Engage in cross-functional project management with various stakeholders (Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, Human Resources)
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management
