Job Summary
The QMS & Compliance Engineer (P2) supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards, including AS9100, EASA Part 21G, customer requirements, and corporate policies. This role assists with audit readiness, document control, corrective action management, and quality system initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams to promote compliance and process effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of the site's Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100, EASA Part 21G, customer, and corporate requirements.
Assist in maintaining QMS procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents.
Coordinate document control activities, including document review, revision, approval, distribution, and archival.
Support internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits, including audit preparation, participation, and follow-up of corrective actions.
Participate in process assessments and identify opportunities for quality system improvements.
Support the Site in reviewing, updating, and standardizing site documentation.
