As Regional Director LAX & LAS, (Los Angeles and Las Vegas) you'll lead airport operations across two of our most strategically important gateways in the United States, ensuring every customer journey begins and ends with excellence.
This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll be accountable for operational performance, customer experience, safety, security and commercial outcomes across the region. Working closely with airport partners, suppliers, government agencies and internal stakeholders, you'll help shape the future of our operation while leading a team that delivers exceptional service every day.

What you'll do
Lead, coach and develop teams to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance.
Create an environment that promotes high engagement, accountability and a positive team culture.
Deliver all station operational KPIs and customer service targets to agreed standards.
Ensure effective service recovery processes are in place and consistently executed.
Represent British Airways in customer-related matters and build strong relationships with airport authorities and external stakeholders.
Maintain full compliance with all safety, security, audit and regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets within agreed financial parameters and ensure adherence to audit controls.
