MTU provides maintenance from targeted hospital visits to complete overhauls on over 30+ commercial aero engine and industrial gas turbine lines and has completed more than 18,000 shop visits for over 1,400 customers worldwide. Within this Global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services. As a Lean Manager, you will work together with our partners in operational and administrative areas to shape the path to operational excellence. You will be a key driver in advancing the Lean mindset at MTU. You will support MTU’s operational and administrative functions with pragmatic, audience-appropriate concepts and methods—from identifying improvement potential through achieving their improvement goals.Tasks Implement MTU Shop floor and office management in close collaboration with MTU’s German Lean teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational and administrative teams, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance. Deliver training, coaching, and hands-on facilitation in Lean leadership, process optimization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement tools. Present insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders, using data to influence decisions and drive alignment.
