The role
As a Business Improvement Specialist, you’ll contribute to the Devonport Transformation Programme, helping deliver sustainable improvements that enhance performance, efficiency and value across a complex engineering environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale change, solve operational challenges and support the delivery of critical programmes that contribute to national security.
Day-to-day, you’ll contribute to the Devonport Transformation Programme, helping deliver sustainable improvements that enhance performance, efficiency and value across a complex engineering environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale change, solve operational challenges and support the delivery of critical programmes that contribute to national security.
Supporting transformation projects by coordinating activities, stakeholders and programme requirements.
Developing and implementing change management plans that enable successful project delivery.
Facilitating workshops, presentations and improvement activities to drive engagement and collaboration.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting the implementation of practical solutions.
Applying project management, change management and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable business benefits.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Essential experience of the Business Improvement Specialist
Demonstrable experience driving business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
