The Product Support department located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois has a high–visibility leadership opportunity for a self-starting, team-oriented individual with a technical, leadership, and project management background to manage a Product Support, Logistics Program Management (LPM) and Technical Documentation & Training (TDT) team. The position has approximately 13 direct reports and primarily supports the Mission Survivability Systems (MSS) Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) Sustainment repairs portfolio. It will report to the Manager of Rolling Meadows Logistics Program Management.
Rolling Meadows Product Support functional areas include Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS), Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Supportability Engineering, Product Safety/Human Factors, Technical Publications & Training (TD&T), Program Hardware Tracking (PHT), Engineering Labs Management (ELM), and Logistics Program Management (LPM). The LPM is the Product Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) leader for the above-mentioned Functional areas and has overall responsibility to a program for all Product Support content (schedule, budget, quality) throughout the period of performance.
